they have kits but if you're talking about just painting them in the french manicure style then just buy a light pink nail varnish along with a white one. you can buy white ones that are intended especially for french manicures as they have a little brush that makes application easy.
if you buy a kit they will give you little stickers that you put on your nails once you have painted them pink and it gives you a template to paint the white bit of the nail. if you're going to use these then wait several hours for the pink to dry otherwise the sticker will smudge it. however, i find it easier just to buy the nail varnishes and do it freehandFrench manicure?
At the store on the nail polish aisle they have kits with everything included and instructions
