YES! what you need to get is a white nail polish....and a clear polish %26amp; scotch tape.
place scotch tape on your finger nails but leave room on top
then paint over with white (DONT WORRY ABOUT GETTING IT ON THE TAPE)
let it dry, strip the tape of and coat it a few times (twice) with the clear polish !
ALSO---
you can grow your nails out a bit and get white eyeliner and put some on the bottom of your nails!
